Beginning at 10:00 am on Sunday, February 25th and during the day on Monday and Tuesday will be the opportunity for a limited number of companies to exhibit. Exhibitors will be listed and recognized on signage near the main registration desk. They will be recognized in the principal marketing brochure and on-site program guide. Exhibitors will be provided Exhibit booths with custom signage and draping. Any other materials, including shipping and handling are the responsibility of the exhibiting companies. Any charges for lighting, phone, fax, computer lines, power strips etc are also the responsibility of the exhibiting company. Companies exhibiting at the conference will be entitled to tuition-free attendance at the conference for up to 2 representatives staffing their booths. An exhibit fee of $3,500 will be charged (includes a wine & cheese reception from 5:00pm to 7:00pm).

CEO CLUB & LUNCHEON SPEAKER SPONSORSHIP

We will be inviting the CEOs of the top 100 most wired healthcare systems in the country to attend a reception, dinner and fireside chat the Sunday evening before each conference in a unique setting conducive to lively and intimate discussion among peers. The topic of the discussion will be Managing the Speed of Change in the Connected Economy. The program will be entirely dependent on the ability to attract sponsorship support for a nationally known management leader or visionary thought leader. The sponsor for this event will gain visibility both as sponsor of the Sunday session and as sponsor for the speaker the next day during lunch. Names that have been mentioned in connection with this idea are Alvin Toffler, author of Future Shock, Peter Drucker, Stan Davis, author of Blurr, Jack Welch, CEO of GE, Regina Herzlinger, Harvard. Sponsorship will be recognized in exchange for funding speaker fees and expenses, or simply by arranging for a speaker of this stature at no cost to the program. This could be an outstanding way to reach the decision-makers and it could be the beginning of a forum for health care CEOS that doesnít now exist. In a recent conference, futurist Lee Kaiser, Ph.D. said, "The trouble with healthcare leaders is that they tend to talk only to themselves. And, you know what they say about people who talk to themselves!" Every industry in America is undergoing a fundamental restructuring to meet the challenge of the digital economy. The CEO Club is envisioned as an opportunity for health care CEOs to interact with leaders in other industries compare notes on managing change.

There can be more than one sponsor of the CEO Club, but not in competing industry sectors. Sponsor requirements are estimated at $15,000 to $20,000. If more than one sponsor commits, the cost of the CEO Club production will simply be prorated and the amount per sponsor will be reduced accordingly. Sponsoring company(s) for the CEO club will be given the opportunity to introduce the speaker, along with 4 passes to the CEO Club dinner (the passes can be used for non-CEO level people.) Introductions will be made both on Sunday evening and during the lunch the next day. A complimentary exhibit booth and two symposium passes are also included.
