Our conferences routinely attract physicians (40% of attendees), and top-level hospital and health system executives (34% of attendees). These are the decision-makers. Exhibits will be open on Monday starting at 7:00 am for the Continental Breakfast, the morning and afternoon break and the networking reception. On Tuesday, the exhibits will be open for Continental Breakfast, morning break, and lunch.

  • An exhibit booth with sizes varying with your needs. The booth will have pipe/drape and company sign.
  • Two complementary full conference passes
  • Logo and link to your company web site on the web site
  • Listing in the on-site program guide
  • News release that you draft, posted on the Media Relations area of the web site.
  • Conference registration list 2 weeks before the conference with a final list to follow.
Materials, other than those provided by the symposium, including shipping and handling are the responsibility of the exhibiting companies.
